Estate cleanouts are quoted after a look at the property, in person or from photos. Our standard rate of $200 for the first cubic yard (about one couch) and $75 for each extra yard is the starting point; room-by-room gathering, stairs, and sorting add labor time to the quote. Estimates are free.
