Pricing

Hoarding cleanouts take more sorting and carrying than a standard pickup, so we always quote them individually from a visit or photos. Our standard rate of $200 for the first cubic yard (about one couch) and $75 for each extra yard is the base, with labor time added for sorting. You approve a firm price before we start.
