Curbside from $200. Everything else, a free quote.
Items staged at the curb are priced by the cubic yard: $200 for the first yard (about one couch), $75 for each extra yard, and $50 per mattress. Cleanouts and jobs where we gather items from inside get a free custom quote, with a firm price before we start.

Dumpster rentals are one flat weekly price: 10 yard (small) $399, 15 yard (medium) $429, and 20 yard (large) $499. The 10 yard has a 1 ton allotment, and the 15 and 20 yard include up to 2 tons. Curbside pickup of items staged at the curb starts at $200 for the first cubic yard (about one couch), plus $75 for each extra yard. Cleanouts and other junk removal jobs get a free custom quote. Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, batteries, tires, and liquids can’t go in the dumpster, and heavy or dense materials aren’t allowed. Nothing can be loaded above the fill line. Tell us what you have before loading and we’ll confirm.
A container placed entirely on private property may have different requirements from one placed on a street or public right-of-way. Check current city and HOA rules before placement; we’ll help you think through access and positioning.
